Douglas L. Ludwig has been named chief financial officer and executive vice president of Patheon. Mr. Ludwig replaces Rodger Roden who has left the company to pursue other interests. Mr. Ludwig is an accountant with more than 25 years of finance experience. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of Four Seasons Hotels, Inc.
